I didn't even realize that my light switches were to close to the trim of the back door for this to fit. The basic, small plastic covers barely fit there and this is wider by about 1/4" on each side. That was my mistake for not checking measurements like I usually do. Found and ordered these wall plates for my client. She loves them! They are beautiful. My ranking of stars however comes from how easily the black can be smudged or removed upon cleaning the wall plates. And underneath is white so it stands out tremendously. I love the velvet, and the style, they are beautiful, but wish the could with stand a simple cleaning more then once or twice.

Looks gorgeous, the decoration does get hard to clean though but it looks really classy especially on dark walls. That's my review.

I LOVE the design of these plates, and they fit perfectly with my bedroom decor. HOWEVER, almost every single plate that I've ordered from here (5 or so) has come without the installation screws (which are supposed to be included in the blister pack) and every single plate comes with scratches and imperfections that need to be fixed.
