I received the smart sensor and the only part that wasn't clear was step 3. You need to unscrew the cap counterclockwise 1/8 turn. Pull out the plastic tab to save battery power. Now you can register your device. After registering the device, I was able to test it by slightly wetting my palm and placing the three contacts from the base of the sensor on my palm, and I received notifications directly through the app.
