It's good to have multiple cars/tower systems/boxes to have the same locks on all so you don't have to have multiple keys. These lock cores are easy to install if you already have the matching key AND the original master key that comes with the original cores and keys (you will need this for installation). I don't think I've seen instructions for these kernels, but I remember the process from previous installs. Blocking cores are a bit expensive but convenient. If you know in advance that you'll need multiple cores of the same kind, you'll likely save money by ordering everything at once (although it's not always easy to predict).
