I like that they have an easy system for tracking claims and payments. They also have a very user friendly site which makes it easy to navigate. The customer service has been great! I really appreciate their ability to work with me on any questions or issues I may have. Sometimes when you are dealing with a third party, there can be some confusion as to what you are expecting from them. This is not always the case, but could be something to keep in mind. We use Asrm for our employee benefits plan. It is so much easier than using paper files or Excel spreadsheets.
