I purchased a "McKay 9" Length Multi-Purpose Extra Soft Round Wire Car Detailing Brush. I have found them to be a good tool for cleaning crevices and hard to reach places where the "brush" detail is very disappointing. The twisted wire handle protrudes from the tip of the "brush" making it useless for cleaning. "Brush" consists of a long-pile fabric, similar to the pile of a carpet. Pile sheds short fibers in amazing amounts. The mess they leave behind renders the "brush" useless for interior decoration. Contacted the seller and he promised "help". They did nothing. Then they stopped responding to repeated requests for help or advice. Deadly silence. I don't know if washing the lint reduces or worsens shedding. I would try if I could get some guidance from the company, but I don't tend to be a guinea pig when a company doesn't respond. This is very bad because I see where this tool could be useful if it didn't make such a mess. I will return the product and look for another alternative.
