I'm not sure if I received a defective item. Or if the design isn't perfect but unlike Camco's gray faucets, this faucet leaks. Luckily I tested it with gray water before emptying the black water tank otherwise I would have been a real mess on my hands. It does not flow from the hose to the fitting, but from the fitting to the relief valve. Apparently the problem is with the O-ring. Interestingly, the other end, which only has ribs, doesn't leak. for the lever when twisting. So what you really need to do is take a sewage hose and twist it from the hose, which is very narrow, to the hose. The tab ends are so tight that you have to twist the clamp a lot harder than I would care for plastic or the drain hose just twists on the fitting. Shipping these fittings back is going to give me a real headache as I have to cut them off the tubing and then sterilize them in bleach. The first. Not really worth it for a €6 item.
