Review on πŸš— Axxess GMOS-LAN-01 OnStar Interface for Non-Amplified LAN Systems by Nathaniel Collins

Not very happy with Metra (AXXESS) customer support

I bought this and into a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado. When I finished the insulation I found that everything worked perfectly, but one thing: the radio didn't always go off when I got out of the truck with the ignition off. I contacted Metra about this and they confirmed that I need to update the software. I ask if I can get the old stack from AMAZON and they said no it has the latest software that is on the shelf but they have a new update to fix the problem. when they asked me how and where to return, I was told to ship to their Florida address and that they would cover shipping back. WHAT would I have to pay to send it to you. It is wrong that the consumer bears the costs of a manufacturer's error! And it will take two weeks. That's how they do business. they will get NOTHING from me anymore. We've lost a lot of good companies in the economy, how do such companies stay in business? Thanks Amazon for the fast shipping they will get NOTHING from me anymore. We've lost a lot of good companies in the economy, how do such companies stay in business?
