We have the version shown in the picture and it's good. I expected to get the same block in the picture. What we received is of poor quality. The device we received indicates that it is a cucina pro, but it looks like a cheap fake. It weighs a lot less than the original Cucina Pro. I can't tell if this is fake or if Cucina just lowered their quality. The real part of the pan appears to be of lower quality and lighter. We'll check it out and I suspect we'll be back. Annoying when the picture doesn't match the product. When you buy online you expect the picture to be of the product you are buying and it clearly is not what the picture shows. Update: We tried and the pans aren't non-stick. Even with cooking spray, waffles get stuck and you have to rip them apart to get them out. It will be returned. Very disappointed.
