My greatest purchase ever. I cook. Do not heat and eat from cans, cartons, freezer bags, and microwaves. But a real old fashioned guy, like your grandma, or maybe you were lucky enough to have a mom who actually cooks. Recipes are just suggestions for me. So it's extremely important that I have the best equipment. This style of tester is unlike any other I've seen on the market. I am very satisfied with this instrument, its accuracy, convenience, versatility and ease of use. This is the only thermometer you will need in your home. I hope that this device cannot be sold/used for medical purposes.
