I've been building PCs for years and have had little trouble ordering parts from Revain. I've had several dozen Asus boards and have been very happy with them so far. I'm ordering it along with a Ryzen 5 2400G to help a family member replace their computer. Came a list of parts including this circuit board. I have concluded that there was no factory seal or accessories in the box. Obviously it was used. Bought it assuming it was a new item based on its description. However, I didn't bother with the manual or the accessories. I looked online for a manual and had extra screws and supplies to do the job. I put all the pieces in and POST seemed to work fine until it was blocked in the BIOS. I restarted the machine, went back to the BIOS and did a BIOS update which was successful. I decided it was an accident and proceeded to install Windows 10. The installation was completed and a blue screen appeared. Then I checked the RAM and found that 2 x 8GB modules tested fine in some slots and others didn't. I then put it on another machine and tested it on memtestx86 for 4 hours and found no problems. So it's not the RAM. I reinstalled the processor and tried again. Boom, this time a blue screen right after trying to boot into Windows Installer. I finally decided to take apart one of my Ryzen builds and use that processor on this machine just to make sure it wasn't a processor. Well, he worked there for 2 hours in a stress test and had no problems. It's not the processor, it's the motherboard. I requested a replacement from Amazon and they shipped it to me 2 days later. Don't you know that this one also had an open box and no accessories? When I saw that I was behind in assembling this computer, I decided to take the risk of using it as is. BAD IDEA. After all the parts were installed and downloaded, POST and I went into the BIOS where it immediately froze. Therefore, in order not to tinker any more, I decided to send this one back as well. I started taking everything out and found that the processor was stuck in the socket. I had to use a flat razor on the edge of the socket to gently pry it out. It turned out that he had bent a few pins. Yes, he was properly oriented, yes, he entered effortlessly. I spent the next 30 minutes bending the pins with a razor and putting the processor back into the other machine to make sure it was still working. Luckily that's the case, so I'm not eating up the cost of the CPU either, at least for now. I have contacted Revain again and the only thing they can do is offer a 3rd overnight replacement free of charge. This time I don't even take it out of the box unless it has a factory seal. Update: The 3rd replacement board has arrived. Customer service guaranteed me it would be in like-new condition. This time I didn't mess around and sent all 3 back at the same time and also returned the rest of the parts from the order and went to newegg for the parts. .TLDR; If the box has been opened, send it back
