Review on 💧 PUR 7 Cup Water Filter Pitcher with Ultimate Filtration, Clear/Blue by Anna Ingrassia

The jug is easy to use, the water is delicious. The display on the lid worked perfectly. We liked that the filter swivels and locks in place, unlike traditional Brita jugs. The jurors do not yet know how much the water quality has actually improved. We don't have a quick way to test lead removal so I'd trust them - our lead level is typically 3ppm after rinsing with cold water for 2 minutes - but it looks like the pitcher has the full amount on dissolved solids does not reduce the water. Our TDS is in the range of 130 to 241 that day and pre and post filter tests showed no change. Dissolved solids can be anything - toxic or harmless - so how effective a filter is is a more general question. It's possible this will result in lead removal as advertised - I hope so! We have a TDS tester at home, but this isn't a way to test lead without sending the water back to the lab.
