Bought to replace our push button flush for our church. We changed the cartridge in the old valve several times and got tired of it sticking. That's cool. You just hold it for as long as you like and that completes the conditioner. Spring loaded so it returns to the off position once released. Easy to install if you have basic plumbing knowledge and skills.
