The best thing about this company is their customer services. They are always willing to help you out with anything you need. I have never had any problems with them in the past year I have used them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to use a tour operator. There is nothing I dislike about them at all. Their customer services are amazing and they really care about your experience. If you want to book an adventure holiday then I would strongly advise using them. We booked our trip through them and we had no problems with them whatsoever. The only problem was that it took us nearly two weeks to get our money back after booking because they didn't process our payment quickly enough.
