I just need a pool mask to keep water out of my nose and eyes. The mask is very comfortable and resists fogging well. I've read that you can rub toothpaste on glass a few times to help stop fogging, so I might try that. I can confirm it's glass, not plastic, and it says tempered. The mask is very comfortable, it did not leak on me. I have a very large head and there is more than enough room on the elastics for me. My wife has a small head and it suits her too. What I really liked is that the sides are transparent so you have a really good field of view. If you need a pool mask I would highly recommend it. I can't say anything about diving, but I don't see a problem with it.
