Not very bright parts

I just installed these on a friend's 2011 Honda CBR 250R. Right after that we went to lunch. The first thing I noticed after following her was that they are not very bright, especially on a sunny summer day. Also, the last light (the third little arrow at the end) seems to be lit about 20% of the time. I'd say if you take the time to install turn signals, you might as well invest a little more money and get nice, bright LEDs. Be safe and make sure other vehicles on the road know your intentions. Weak indicators are better than none, but they are unacceptable in my opinion. Installation: Because they were so cheap I decided to just cut the wires on them and connect them to the existing ones so I didn't have to reroute the wires and whatnot. . At the time this seemed like the easiest solution, but I'm honestly not sure if it would be easier to just connect the new wires. Regardless, I used self-soldered waterproof shrink connectors. If you do a lot of splicing, I highly recommend saving some. They are amazing! In any case, if I were to do it again I would recommend skipping them and finding some good and bright LEDs, maybe even sticking with the standard LEDs. I don't recommend using them.
