Bought this months back and just got to point of install. Fairly simple to install as I have experience with sink installations. The product is solid and looks beautiful. The main issues are they LEAK bad at all but one of the three quick connects (double vanity, 2 faucets.) No matter what I do, they just leak. Now I'm stuck with this as it cant be returned. Will try to buy new quick connects but I don't think it will work. Also, as others have stated, the handless come mislabeled. This took an hour out of my time because I had to take all apart and switch handles.UPDATE: 04/03/2020After emailing the company they recommended I purchase: Uxcell O-Rings Nitrile Rubber, 7mm Inner Diameter, 11mm OD, 2mm Width, Round Seal Gasket Pack of 10 off of Best Buy to rectify the issue of leaks. I did, and this indeed fixed the problem. They offered to refund me the $5.00 for the gaskets as well. They answered all my emails within 24hrs, even on the weekend which I appreciated. Only reason I wont give 5 stars is due to the fact this problem took a lot of time and headache to fix and the handles were labeled incorrectly, which also took time to correct. Faucets look great, now I just hope they last!
