Excellent purchase! for stairs
quite a helper. This thing is sturdier than it looks in the photos and slides in and out easily. We also like the fact that it can be used at lower altitudes; Just pull the bars out from the bottom instead of the top. Retracting the stairs is effortless as gravity lets the soft close system do all the work for us. It's lightweight yet can handle a load of 330 pounds. Overall great design, would recommend!
