The photo was taken a few minutes after I posted it. I kept the twine on the bale while working with Haynet at the end of the bale. I then rotated the bale to the other end, cut and removed the twine and tightened/covered the hole. The horses immediately began to eat. The problem I'm trying to solve is making enough hay twice a week so my elderly mom doesn't have to deal with those heavy 40-50 pound bales anymore.
