These adapter cables should work fine on any device unless they are high impedance for some reason (degrades the signal) and I've tested them on a couple of gaming consoles and a PC several problems with each device. The low-power external memory appeared and disappeared, as if the machine saw the device and then suddenly stopped. I couldn't transfer files, they didn't work. I tested both converter cables and also tried a few new and old USB cables. I would find another brand and skip them. I was going to buy Amazon Basics but Amazon advertised them on their site and they were the same price for 2 instead of just 1. Now I know why.
