I purchased this compression sleeve for a serious tennis/golfer's elbow that was making it difficult to lift an empty glass let alone have anything. I liked it when the orthopedist told me if I want it to heal don't use it for a year. What?! Anyway, that's how the search for some relief began. Bought this case based on the reviews. In the beginning it seemed really too narrow. (My elbow circumference is 10.5 inches and I bought a medium size). However, it stretches quickly and provides compression without causing discomfort. However, it didn't help completely and I was still suffering a lot. I then bought a Venom compression sleeve (also medium) with a strap for extra support and intended to return it. The venom wrap helped a lot, but I found I couldn't wear it all the time because of the discomfort. I ended up leaving and using both sleeves. The Sparthos sleeve fits well under clothes and I can wear it 24 hours if needed. And Venom gives me extra support when doing activities that would normally aggravate tendonitis. So I'm glad I have both. Customer service (for both sellers) was excellent and both contacted me to see if I was the right size and offered to replace free of charge if needed. Ultimately, what helped with tendonitis more than anything else. HOT YOGA! Wow!
