I've had it for 6 months, it stopped working while I was making pizza dough, at first it seemed very hard, quiet, but sometimes it made one clicking sound. We are waiting for a guarantee because it is written that the guarantee is 2 years. I will keep you up-to-date. The next day I called about the warranty, they very politely asked me the model number and serial number of the machine, sent 1 back after 2 days and even paid for return shipping. Excellent customer service. I will buy more if something happens to it. Highly recommended
