Review on Kraus KPF-1610MB Bolden 18-Inch Commercial Kitchen Faucet: Dual Function Pull-Down Sprayhead, Matte Black Finish by Steve Hauck

I installed a faucet and the hot water line is leaking. It is broken inside and wobbles in place unlike the cold water pipe which works fine. It looks great on my dark gray granite countertop. The atomizer is made of lightweight plastic, so I'm curious to see how long it will last. The company asked me to send a video of the defect and said the water lines could not be replaced. I think that's a flaw in the product. The lines are built into the faucet. They emailed me and said I needed to install washers which I can buy separately to make them waterproof. Not true. My cold water line works great without the extra washer that is not included. The hot water pipe is broken inside. My kitchen faucet will not work until this issue is resolved and I am very frustrated. ***Update: Kraus said they will be replacing the entire faucet so I'm hoping everything will be ready once I get it. ****** Great customer. Service. The new one works great and looks great.
