Keyboards and remotes are as good as OEM
I wasn't careful when ordering so I didn't realize it was non-OEM hardware. My installer put a universal keypad on my door and the code stopped working after a day. It had a useless sliding lid that fell off completely if you moved it too far. I bought these and the price is right. Got two for less than OEM price. You look the same. It's true that there is only one hole for the mounting screw, but I simply drilled a small hole in the battery compartment and installed a small countersunk screw. It only took a few seconds and the screw didn't get in the way of the battery and the mount is rock solid. Easily programmed in a few seconds and has been working flawlessly for a few days. It may not be as waterproof as the OEM but I don't think there will be any issues as it is mounted on the inside of the door frame where the rain doesn't fall directly on it.
