I just LOVE these lights. We own a house flipping/rental property company and I have installed a LOT of lights in my day. For this situation, we had eight 2'x4' fluorescent tray ceiling lights in a conference room. we took out the old lights, put in new tiles and popped these in their place. I replaced 8 of those 4 bulb fixtures with 12 of these lights and it is perfect. The color selections are vast and allow us to create individualized spaces based on each tenants desire.I read one review that said that installing these in 3/4 armstrong ceiling tiles would be difficult. We have the very high end tiles in our office space too, but it was no problem at all installing them. I found an adjustable hole saw made just for ceiling tiles and made the hole as small as possible while still allow the light to fit through.The only "con" I would point out was that all of the lights had their little rubber boot that protects the quick connect cable as it enters the housing. We had to unscrew each light and slide these back in. it was a little annoying, but no problem at all. I am ordering another batch.
