The customer service was amazing! I had no idea what i needed or wanted but they helped me figure it out along with my spouse who also uses this system as well!! We have been able solve many issues we would not otherwise know about without their help. If you are looking into getting your own health benefit plan look at all options before making decisions because there were soo few plans available when our group went through changes last year - most people didnt even realize these existed until after signing up which made things very confusing from start till finish. ! There really should be more companies offering healthcare instead just using HSA/HRA only if thats how someone wants theirs set u puposely. !! Benefits Administration has saved us time by having everything organized already rather than going back & forth between multiple departments every month like other systems do now since its online everyone can access information easily via computer anytime day night etc.
