Excellent Customer Service With Very User Friendly Software

The customer service was amazing! I had no idea what i needed or wanted but they helped me figure it out along with my spouse who also uses this system as well!! We have been able solve many issues we would not otherwise know about without their help. If you are looking into getting your own health benefit plan look at all options before making decisions because there were soo few plans available when our group went through changes last year - most people didnt even realize these existed until

Great benefits management software and easy way share info

The ability to connect with all of my employees' medical records easily from one place has been great! I love how it can be accessed anywhere I have access to internet as well - no more having to wait until you get home or office to look up something. It can also be used through mobile devices if needed as well. Sometimes when people are accessing their information they do not understand what exactly they need to see/do next. This could be explained better for them so there isn't any confusion

Maxwell Health has been very beneficial for our company

The system has been working flawlessly since we implemented it several years ago. There are no problems with this product. I like how accessible it is when it comes time to use the services offered by Maxwell. It does what its supposed to do without any issues or complaints from our end users. We have not had any major problems with this software.
