The ability to connect with all of my employees' medical records easily from one place has been great! I love how it can be accessed anywhere I have access to internet as well - no more having to wait until you get home or office to look up something. It can also be used through mobile devices if needed as well. Sometimes when people are accessing their information they do not understand what exactly they need to see/do next. This could be explained better for them so there isn't any confusion on who needs to follow what instructions. Having this system helps me to stay ahead of changes which help our benefit program remain competitive. Being able to keep track of everything at once allows us to save time by not constantly chasing down each other when changes happen.
