Review on ASUS Lite Portable USB 2.0 Slim 8X DVD Burner +/- Rewriter External Drive, Mac & Windows Compatible, Black (SDRW-08D2S-U/BLK/G/AS) by Justin Abrams

I didn't know you could buy burners and connect them yourself or that they were so compact. It's like a little jewelry box. I thought it was difficult and only a technician can do it! I love this Asus DVD burner, at least that's what I use it for. It was sent promptly. Very easy to set up. I use both USB sticks connected with a "Y" shaped cable. It took me 5 broken DVDs to admit that my Windows 7 DVD Maker was not working as it should. I called support and they told me what to do but unfortunately it didn't work for me, my DVD maker didn't recognize my DVDs. The next day I called to get a return label. But on the same day I read a review from someone who had this product and he said he uses ConvertXtoDVD so I decided to give it a try and I'm very glad I did! First I used the trial version and it worked the first time. I could finally watch DVDs on TV, what I wanted to do with them, so I bought an annual subscription. Now I can sit in the living room and relax with a cup of hot tea and watch TV instead of watching it on the computer! Just follow the instructions, they are very simple and easy to use and they will let you know when you have selected too many movies. So of course I called Revane again to reverse the cancellation! This is a great product if you want to burn DVDs and watch them on any home player. Haven't tried music yet, but this is next; I hope it works the same as DVD.
