I bought it because of the looks, I liked that the handle was less noticeable. Also, my last bidet was leaking from the water line to the handle so maybe fixing that part would help. Installation was easy as I already had a bidet installed so I just swapped out the bidet and the water line to the bidet. As for the grip, it's a bit annoying. You have to turn it forward for a regular bidet and then back for a women's wash. What I don't like is that you have to twist it back and forth before you get to the click that tells you it's completely off. I'll get used to it, it just annoys me.
