You will love this bag. It easily converts from a backpack to a shoulder bag/purse. It's better than other convertibles that require you to unbuckle and buckle your seatbelts. This is a great medium size, not too small and not too big. One thing I was looking for in a convertible, besides ease of use, was how it looked like a backpack AND a wallet. Some bags just look bad on one side and this one on the other. I used it extensively during a month-long trip to Korea and Japan and it was perfect for me as a study day bag. I put my DSLR, bag, kindle, umbrella, instax, etc. inside. Even though it's vegan leather, it's really smooth, smooth and durable. Great bag!
