This letter box gets 2 stars instead of 1, because you don't have to buy an inner sleeve with a hollow door - the plastic parts of both parts take care of that. And it looks beautiful. But there were no instructions in the package, not even a template to mark the door where to drill the hole. The springs on both the outer and inner flaps are very tight so the postman's fingers broke, which he didn't appreciate (fixed that by removing the spring) and the mail couldn't even be pushed into the house through the inner flap (had to remove the spring there.) Wouldn't buy again but it serves its purpose.
