After trying this product for a few weeks, I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The gold/silver finish adds a touch of elegance to my front door while the functional design makes it easy to receive mail without having to open the door every time.Plus, it was easy to install with basic tools and has held up well in various weather conditions. NO instructions, NO installation template, spring too strong

This letter box gets 2 stars instead of 1, because you don't have to buy an inner sleeve with a hollow door - the plastic parts of both parts take care of that. And it looks beautiful. But there were no instructions in the package, not even a template to mark the door where to drill the hole. The springs on both the outer and inner flaps are very tight so the postman's fingers broke, which he didn't appreciate (fixed that by removing the spring) and the mail couldn't even be pushed into the…
