The ability to have one platform for all my email marketing campaigns. I like that it's very easy to customize and create emails quickly without having to learn any new software. It can be slow sometimes and not always reliable. Sometimes you'll get an error message when trying to send an email and you have to refresh your browser or try again. But overall, it's been working great for me so far. I've been able to use this tool to easily create and send out several different types of emails with ease. I'm also able to track results and see how many people opened each email.
