Seems to help. A few things were a bit misleading with what I got. Firstly it didn't have a screen protector although that's not really a problem, my last case had screen protectors so I figured it would. (My mistake.) Second, the "leather strap" isn't leather, just some material with a Velcro closure and a tiny leather tag. The outer rubber feels a little stiffer than other cases, but so far it's working well. I have only used this product for about a week so far.
