The product arrived very well packaged I'll give you that. And the design… charming! Colour? Ideal! Hence two stars. But the first one I ordered came with a chip, which I didn't see right away... and I've since ordered a second one for my daughter, who when I opened it didn't have a chip either. These are small chips, but due to the lack of glaze in these areas, water will seep into the unglazed pottery when they get wet and over time "the object will go haywire". I wrote to the manufacturer but haven't heard anything from them. I'd like at least one of these without a chip, but how many do I have to order to get a pristine cookie jar, which is what you'd expect for $29.99... So two strikes, you're out! Thanks very much! God Revain has such an easy return policy otherwise with purchases like this I would think twice before ordering from them.
