I like how quickly my questions are answered with in minutes to hours; they can help solve all types of problems within your finances! They make it as easy or hard at you need them too which helps keep everything clear!! There's not much dislike about this particular service other than sometimes when we get an email from someone else saying "let us know if there something wrong here etc" because then our response gets buried underneath those emails! Do what makes sense and see where things go :) their customer support has been great so far but nothing really bad i have noticed yet ;) Financial advice/planning- helping guide me through each step along way towards long term goals ( retirement). The best part of working with K&A was their team's professionalism; they were always courteous to me as my account rep even when I had questions about investments or tax laws! They are also very thorough in explaining information provided by others such documents like wills etc., so not much dislike from this end!! However if you want someone who will be completely transparent regarding your finances then i would definitely recommend them.
