Helps with snoring and shoulder pain
It took a few nights to get used to this pillow, but I am glad I worked through it. My husband used to wake me up several times every night due to snoring, and now it happens very infrequently and I am getting better sleep. Cover is easy to remove to wash and easy to put back on. Also, I have less shoulder pain in the morning. Very supportive. I am a side sleeper.
