The description says "non-slip". Unless they meant that it would not slip should you fall knee first onto some ice, then they are wrong.I put them on this morning and for the first few steps, all was right with the world. My knees felt pretty good.Until.Stepped out of my car and into work and they slipped lower than an old ladies nylons waiting in line at the deli counter. I had to make constant adjustments but, after a while, gave up.If you want to use it just for stability while resting it, this is your huckleberry.It might help during a workout but expect to possibly do more pulling it back up than a pull up.
