When the Dirt Comes Off

I knew they were questionable! I understand that dressing puppies must be quite difficult. We used them for our St. Bernard litter this summer, they worked well initially. Until the puppy's eyes opened and he started playing in the mud and grass. Then we switched to sawdust for bedding, but even then everything got stuck in these collars. The velcro will easily break or even stick to other puppies' collars. A plus was the variety of colors for large litters, as well as 3 sizes. Negative, wish there was a buckle or clasp that was a size bigger. As I said, the puppies grew up and just pulled them together or glued the collars together! Also the large size fit our St. Bernard puppies up until around 12 weeks of age when they were between 16 and 18 pounds.

Pros
  • Sturdy Construction
Cons
  • No Machine Gun
