Very knowledgeable team, on-site support whenever needed. Some of the tools that are available can be a little confusing, and it may take a while to learn how to use the tool. I recommend this tool to any organizations that needs a fast and inexpensive solution for predictive analytics. The organization that I work for utilizes this solution to optimize their marketing campaigns which is great! I like that Axon provides us with a platform that offers up a number of analytics options for our clients, as well as other vendors. It is also very easy to configure. The interface can be cumbersome to navigate sometimes. Some of the features are not available in all countries. Try it out, there is no risk! We use Axon to provide insight into customer behavior, churn and retention.
