2nd edit: I wish there was a way to give zero stars. I contacted the company, sent them a video of what happens when I try to iron shirts and they said it was fine and I set the temperature to 400⁰ and the timer for the mug press to 240 seconds. I AM NOT TRYING TO USE A CIRCULAR PRESS! Edit to add: now my timer isn't working and it's burning my shirts. The temperature fluctuates so much. Never stands still. At times it drops to 13-15 degrees. Otherwise great for what I use it for.
