Review on Reservation Genie by Girish Underwood

I like that it provides an easy way to communicate with guests about their reservation status once they are in my restaurant or bar! It also helps me keep track of everything when there is no one else at hand which makes life easier as well!! Nothing really bad but maybe some features could be improved such as being able to set up multiple restaurants from different companies under 1 account so you can have separate accounts per chain? Also sometimes while using this feature if someone leaves without paying then we get charged by our credit card processor (not sure what goes wrong here) would love support regarding these issues too. I like that it's easy to use as well as customize! It was very helpful in our restaurant when we had multiple locations with different seating times (and sometimes even days). The software is great but not all features are available at this time so be prepared if you need some of those specific ones out now. We used reservation genie mainly because there were no other options around then. There have since come up though which makes me wonder why they didn't do something about their product before hand?
