It is very easy to use with good support from their team which helps out in every step of our journey using this product. I like that it provides an easy way to communicate with guests about their reservation status once they are in my restaurant or bar! It also helps me keep track of everything when there is no one else at hand which makes life easier as well!! Nothing really bad but maybe some features could be improved such as being able to set up multiple restaurants from different companies under 1 account so you can have separate accounts per chain?
