It is very easy to use with good support from their team which helps out in every step of our journey using this product. I have used it since few years but never had any issue till now as well its working fine without even one glitch so far! Nothing much just keep going like that only!! We were facing issues while managing waitlist or seating chart during busy events such as conferences etc where guests are not sure about when they will be getting there seats/seats assigned by us can get messed up easily if we dont take care at time of initial registration!
