Instructions could be a bit clearer. Before buying I read other reviews about cleaning black crafting oxide threads before use. Used a spoked wheel on a bench grinder to clean out all the external threads then threaded the machine bolts through the internal threads which were heavily lubricated with light oil. Worked like a champ removing and installing the pulley. I bought an extra 5/16-24x3/4" bolt per the comment I read to provide a solid clamping force for the two puller halves. I also used a short piece of steel tubing to wrap the puller handle when removing the pulley. I suggest buying an extra bearing washer (one on each side of the bearing) when reinstalling the pulley.
