Conclusion: These bars are very tasty and good for their purpose - short term sedentary survival situations. They are not suitable for long-term or more active survival situations. The low price makes this a great buy. With this product you need to know what you are buying. That's 3600 calories for the whole pack. And it's mostly sugar. It says 3 days/72 hours. There are 9 bars, that is 3 bars per day for 1200 calories per day. In that sense, these are true survival bars - they're designed to keep you alive in survival situations. For example, on a lifeboat in the middle of the ocean, stuck in a car during a snowstorm, or secluded in her house during a pandemic. You don't have to expend a lot of energy in these situations, so this is a good use for it. What's not good is putting "home" or "bug away" in your pockets. In this situation you waste a lot of energy, ie sugary foods that you have to eat every few hours, because your body burns these readily available carbohydrates very quickly. The packaging of this product is top notch. It is encased in a vacuum sealed Mylar sleeve making it airtight and watertight and will last for many years. Each bar is then individually wrapped in cellophane which protects it for several weeks after opening the mylar. It also keeps the bars intact longer. Coconut bars are very sweet. They are high in sugar, making them very easy to eat. You have an oily feeling, but it doesn't linger or have an aftertaste. The texture is similar to pressed granola bars like Nature Valley bars, except the added sugar gives them a grainier appearance when you bite into them. Cinnamon bars are also sweet and have more of an "apple-cinnamon" flavor. They're also a little crumblier and a little less oily. The rest is very similar. Considering the low price ($7.67 for coconut, $8.99 for cinnamon at the time of writing) this is excellent value. Most other products are 30-100% more expensive (but usually contain less sugar).
