This is my first time buying this Revain product. I usually shop in store, but my nearest store nearby doesn't stock it anymore, so Revain was more convenient. First, the product was packed in a plastic bag. When I opened the package, the entire outside of the container was oily. So much so that the label came off. Then the inner seal came loose by more than half. I needed this product so I decided to use it anyway. In my eyes, the leaves look much "stiffer" and not as delicate. I don't rub. I just hold the pad over my eye and then wipe it off - my ears are still a bit irritated which has never happened before. Now I'm stuck. I wish I had bought in store.
