I have this hissing leak so I replaced a new valve cover first (made by Korky) but the problem is the rubber seat on the float valve and they don't sell it. You can either find a rubber seat (I didn't have time after checking 2 hardware stores) or buy the entire inflation valve. Corky and Toto were my concern so I bought them both! They are identical *. It's as if the original manufacturer sold Corky's molds and all Corky did was add a new coinage to the word "Corky". The Korky costs $18 versus Toto's $25. *Toto has a control valve that allows you to adjust the filling of the bowl. I still maintain that it is identical as the bowl fill setting is not critical in my toilet book. So I used a new float and the hissing stopped immediately. Now I can just save the rest until I need them.
