I shared the amber. Here's how

Like many of you I asked if two ambers could be combined separately and they told me no. But I wanted to find out for myself and found it easier than expected. If you have basic tooling skills and an understanding of wiring, you can do this. You will need a 2mm allen key and an adjustable wrench, some wire splicing tools (pliers and pliers), some silicone, some solder and an iron, and 14/4 auto wire. I bought mine from Revain at a fair price.1. Use 2mm to remove the 8 small hex head screws on the amber lens on the side where the wire enters the light and use your fingers to press and pull up on the chrome shade to pull it out. Here you can see that each section of the lightbar has its own circuit board with a wire running between them. See photos but you have yellow/green as ground (don't cut the black wire next to green), blue as amber with black going off to go to another (you need to disconnect that black wire as it's your new one ). channel to work with the other yellow separately) and the brown combines with the black that feeds the white sections.2. The manufacturer uses high temperature solder. So unless you have a high-temp soldering iron, be sure to trim the wires coming off the circuit board by at least an inch and a half. Use your adjustable to remove and disassemble the cable connector. I had to hastily adapt the connector for the larger wire by drilling a slightly larger hole in the connector cap and cutting off the internal parts. I understand that this reduces the connector's water resistance somewhat, so prior to assembly I applied silicone to the inside of the connector and to the other end of the connector to protect it from water as much as possible. Once this is dry you can insert the wire and turn this connector on. Don't overtighten, just enough that you can't loosen it with your fingers. And make sure your wires don't get tangled inside as it will create a mess3. One black wire goes next to the blue wire, the other is yellow (see fig.). With the wire I had and the colors in it, I soldered the yellow ground wires and wires side by side to save space, but if you have high temp solder then solder directly to the board as it was originally done, that is the right way to do it. Put some shrink tubing on the exposed connection to protect yourself from short circuits as your warranty will no longer be valid lol. (More pics available) Now use butt splices to connect the pos wires for the white and other inline amber mounts BUT MAKE SURE TO MIX YOUR CONNECTIONS. You won't fit into all of this later if you don't. I used solder shrink rings because they are a bit smaller and more flexible so they are easier to install. Now test your light before you put it back together. There are small channels at the top and bottom of the light bar that are good for routing cables and connectors so everything fits together. That's all. It's not that hard, and I'd love to leave my info for those who have questions, but Revane won't let it. If you ask questions about the product itself I will try to answer. Good luck folks
