Would like to return it

I had surgery so I decided to buy it to use on my left elbow and knee originally at work traduce information however the electrode pads went out very quickly and started shorting out the other pad you can turn up one side and it would increase the power of the other almost like he was multiplying one but would not turn up the one you were trying to turn up. I switch leadsPads and I switched the”A” or "B” locations and still did the same thing
